FictionAddiction.NET

FictionAddiction.NET is a paying market for writers who can offer how-to articles on the writing craft. We are particularly interested in articles that focus on writing novels, screenplays, poetry and short stories as well as getting published and promoting your work. Contributed articles must be well-written and center on important aspects in a writer's career.

We prefer original articles but we accept select reprints as well. If you've published your article online, even on your personal Web site or blog, we consider this previously published material and your article will fall under our reprints section below.


Terms
The rights we purchase depend on the type of article you're submitting (original or reprint). For every article published on FictionAddiction.NET, your byline, brief bio, a link to your Web site or publisher, your picture and your book jacket photo can appear with your article. The information you submit with your article is up to you.

Because we continue to promote all articles throughout our site and in our newsletter, months and even years after they're published on the site, your article will remain in our database along with your byline, bio and your other promotional information for maximum exposure of your work, Web site and you as well. 

Original Articles Payment
For original articles, we purchase first electronic rights and require exclusivity for one month after your article is published. After that, you are free to publish your article elsewhere. 

Payment for original articles is $5. All payments are made via PayPal immediately upon acceptance of your article.

Reprints
If your article has previously been published, please let us know where and the date(s) in your submission. For reprints, we purchase reprint rights with no exclusivity time period since the article has previously been published.   

Payment for reprint articles is $2. All payments are made via PayPal immediately upon acceptance of your article. 

Submissions
If you have an article you'd like to submit to FictionAddiction.NET, send your information through the article submission page. You'll then receive confirmation regarding your article.
