Starbucks to Serve Coffee and Books
It makes perfect sense to the coffee house. After serving up coffee with a side of music and movies to purchase, Starbucks will now offer books.

Mitch Albom's For One More Day will be the first novel offering this fall when the coffee chain expands its book offerings. Right now, Starbucks has been selling the children's book, The Little Engine That Could, although on a very low key level.

Albom's book will also be tied in with an online video interview and an eight-city tour in the Starbucks promotion. For every book sold, $1 will be given to Jumpstart, a program that works with preschoolers. Starbucks has agreed to a minimum donation of $50,000 to the group.
