Q: Where can I find a standard agent/author contract? I understand AAR has one, but I'm having trouble locating it on the Web. -Susan
The first Web site, sfwa.org/contracts has model contracts with italicized comments regarding specific rights and variations, and sfwriter.com/agent.htm includes a helpful article about agents as well as a standard contract. You can find more contracts by typing "agent author agreement" into your favorite search engine You'll find that many literary agents who have a Web page will post their agreement on their Web site.
