Q: Is there any market out there for men’s action/adventure novels? There used to be a glut of series of that type, but they seem to have become extinct. -James
A: You’re right, there aren’t many series of that type any more, and why their popularity has waned I don’t know. I will say men’s action/adventure is quite healthy - in Novel & Short Story Writer’s Market there are more than 40 book publishers seeking action/adventure manuscripts, and about that many magazines and journals looking for short stories of that type.
